Louisville Police Department has issued a B.O.L.O. for a stolen vehicle from Crowson Auto World in Louisville on July 31, 2015. The vehicle is a 2015 Black Ford F-150. Please call your local law enforcement, if vehicle is spotted.
On the morning of Tuesday, July 14, 2015, the Tribe was notified of the untimely death of enrolled tribal member Rexdale Henry, at the Neshoba County Jail. Tribal Chief Phyliss J. Anderson has been in contact with local and federal authorities since that time. The cellmate of a Philadelphia man has been charged with murder in his death in the Neshoba County jail. Sheriff Tommy Waddell says 34-year-old Justyn Schlegel was arrested this week in the death of Rexdale Wayne Henry. Waddell says Schlegel was in the cell with Henry when Henry died. The 53-year-old Henry, a member of the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians, was found dead about 10 a.m. on July 14. Waddell says Henry was jailed for failing to pay old fines.
